What we handle
Broker and agent E&O defense. Failure to disclose, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, and negligence claims — including the license discipline proceedings that often run alongside a civil suit.
TREC complaints and disciplinary matters. A complaint to the Commission carries consequences a civil settlement does not, and it requires a defense built for that forum.
Transaction disputes. Purchase and sale disagreements, earnest money disputes, title and boundary issues, easements, and specific performance claims.
Contract review for real estate businesses. Listing agreements, buyer representation agreements, commission disputes, and the disclosure practices that keep a brokerage out of litigation in the first place.
