Michael joined Lopez Law Group as an Associate Attorney after earning his Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law in Spring 2025 and passing the July 2025 bar exam.
While at Wake Forest, Michael served as research editor on the Wake Forest Law Review and certified legal intern for the school’s Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic. He also served as a class representative on the Honor Council and President of the American Constitution Society. During his law school summers, Michael clerked at the Forsyth County Public Defender’s Office and Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Michael earned his B.A. from Rice University, where he studied English, political science, and cinema studies.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys watching arthouse films, following Houston sports, and spending time with his family and friends.
