Brian is a partner and founder of Lopez Law Group (LLG).

Brian’s civil litigation practice includes an emphasis on commercial and residential construction, real estate law, transportation law and breach of fiduciary duty/employment law. In addition to handling severe catastrophic injury and large residential and commercial claims, Brian also handles property and casualty claims all over Texas. Brian has tried numerous cases to verdict and currently handles lawsuits all over Texas. He also provides counsel to numerous small businesses throughout the United States.

Brian is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), Claims and Litigation Management (CLM), Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He works out of the Houston and San Antonio offices.

Brian and his wife April are the proud parents of Riley, Reese, Liam and Landon Lopez. In his free time, Brian enjoys watching his children play soccer, basketball and baseball.
