Zachary Hartz

Zachary C. Hartz joined Lopez Law Group as an Associate Attorney in October 2026 after earning his Juris Doctorate from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU in Spring 2026 and passing the July 2026 bar exam.

During his time at LSU Law, Zachary participated in several student government associations and the Trial Advocacy program. He served as the Director of External Trial Competitions for the Trial Advocacy program, developing his leadership and advocacy skills.

Before attending law school, Zachary graduated from Duquesne University with a B.S. in Education. Following his undergraduate studies, he worked as a high school teacher for four years, teaching U.S. History and Civics. His work in this field developed his attention to detail as well as his skills at clear communication & presentation, all of which he now brings to his legal practice.
